Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your RenewFlow subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except as described below.

Refund window

If you're not satisfied with RenewFlow, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion (e.g. a billing error on our part).

How to request a refund

Email support@renewflow.pro with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change applies at your next billing cycle; we do not refund the difference for the current period.
